Symptoms:
Medium energy in the morning,
good sensations and getting better during midday. After a channeled
healing in the afternoon and walking 3 km feeling very low energy and
muscle weakness -but happy emotionally. Pain and weakness in hands
especially the left hand. 2 paracetamols and 2 Ipren painkillers.

-exhausted from running errands and not eating for hours. Evening
score:2. Eat only two smoothies for breakfast and did'nt eat agian
untill 3 pm- I'm sure that was the reason. Mens. not here yet. So all

many days now though, and high energy level in brain:-)

Woke
up with a sore throat.Very
tired in brain and muscles today. A headache that when not controlled
by painkillers can evolve to being very bad. Flu like symptoms. Mens.
not. here yet, but my body feels the symptoms of it. I really have to
let go of my bad eating habbits NOW!! I just don't know how to keep
my energy going without sugar and caffeine in the afternoon. Energy
level: 1 (Tired of always feeling so fucking bad!)
