Day 5:
Morning:
1 cup of green leaves and 3 cups of colour. One bun with cheese and jam. 1 paracetamol and 2 Ipren (Iboprofen).
Lunch: 3 cups of greens, ½ a cup of colour, 1 ½ cups of sulfur, fish, a cop of coffee and 2 pieces of dark chokolate 70%.
Dinner: 1 cup of colour, 1 cup of sulfur and 1 small steak of lamb.
In all from the diet:
4 cups of greens, 4 ½ cups of colour, 2 ½ cups of sulfur, fish, lamb steak, d-vitamin supplements, water.
Symptoms: Feeling week in muscles. By lunch feelings of exhaustion. Afternoon is better with only a 15 minutte drop of energylevel. The evening is also better -with more energy.Todays score: 2 1/2
Day 6:
Morning: 2 cups of greens, 2 cups of colour, 1 cup of sulfur, steak of lamb.1 paracetamol and 2 Ipren (Iboprofen).
Lunch: 1 cup of greens, 1 cup of colour, fish. Coffee.
Dinner: 2 cups of sulfur and one meat sausage.
I all from the diet:
3 cups of greens, 3 cups of colour, 3 cups of sulfur, 2 x lamb and 1 x fish.
Symptoms: A very bad day. Feelings of anger, irritation and wanting to be alone. Physical symptoms like day 3.Todays score: 1
Day 7:
Morning:
1 cup of greens, 3 cups of colour and 1 cup of soymilk (protein)
Lunch:
1 cup of greens,
3 cups of sulfur and 1 cup of colour
Dinner:
2 cups of greens, ¾ cups of colour and chicken filet
In all:
4 cops of greens, 4 3/4 cups of coulor, chicken filet, water, 5 chorella pills, extra fish oil, d-vitamin supplements and water.
Symptoms: Tired/exhausted, week muscles, a little nausious. Feelings of stress and sadness. No painkillers today.Todays score: 1 1/2
Day 8:
Morning:
2 cups of colour and 1 cup of green leaves, 1 cup of herbal thea.
Lunch: 2 cups of sulfur, 1 cup of green leaves and 1 eg.
Dinner: 2 cups of greens, 2 cups of colour, 1 cup of sulfur and 1 chicken sausage.
In all:
4 cups of greens, 4 cups of colour, 3 kops of sulfur, 1 eg, 1 ½ chicken sausage water, 5 chorella pills, extra fish oil, and d-vitamin supplements.
Symptoms: Pain in stomag and diareea (may be a virus from my son who also had this a few days ago). Body feeling tired but a little less that the prior days. No painkillers today. Mind not so tired, energy lacking more in body than in brain. Weekness in muscles. Back pain in the evening. Mood better, not so sad, and humor is back (a little). For the first time starting to see signs that this diet could actually cure me from MS.Todays score: 2
Day 9:
Morning:
1 ½ cups of greens and 1 1/12 cups of colour
Lunch: 1 ½ cups of greens, 1 ½ cups of colour, wholegrain bread with salmon, dild and radish.
Dinner:1 ½ cups of sulfur, 1 ½ cups of greens, 1 cup of colour, pork and chiken.
In all: 4 ½ cups of greens, 4 ½ cups of colour, 1 ½ cups of sulfur, salmon, pork and chiken.
Symptoms: Feeling stressful emotionaly. After canceling apointment I'm feel better. Tired in body and weak in muscles.Todays score: 2
Day 10:
Morning:
½ a cup of greens, 1 cup of colour, 2 pieces of chocolate 70%, chiken.
Lunch: 1 1/2 cups of sulfur, 1 ½ cups of greens, 1 ½ cups of colour, salmon.
Dinner: 2 cups of greens and salmon.
In all: 4 cups of greens, 2 1/2 cups of colour, 1 1/2 cups of sulfur, chicken, salmon, 2 pcs. of chocolate, water.
Symptoms: Tired in body and weak muscles. Feeling better emotionaly.Todays score: 2
